Washer Unit
Its is a unit used for washing of plastic waste after it is granulated in the grinder crusher . It has the continues flow of water to clean the dirty water drains out through the discharge at the bottom. Material from the water unit is discharged into the settling tank here the material is pushed from one end of the tank to the other end. As it proceeds to the other end all the dirt if any settles down and clean plastic reaches the other end.

Dryer Unit
It’s a unit used for drying of wet plastic. Wet plastic is fed through the hopper of the Dewatering unit which removes water from the plastic and discharges it to the hopper above the blower. Blower and heating unit carry the plastic to the Storage tank and also remove any moisture that may be present in the process.
